Been Scammed or Spammed?
Unfortunately some people of dubious ethics have been pretending to have a Fanden email address (spoofing).
If you are looking at this page because you have been scammed by these people then we suggest you forward your information to the FBI in the USA via this link for internet scams or via this link for other criminal activities. (thank you FBI, we appreciate your efforts).
We also suggest that you provide your information and evidence to your local police authorities (keeping a copy for your own records).
Please report spam to the Australian Communications and Media Authority by forwarding the spam message to firstname.lastname@example.org Please include the email header information as header information greatly assists ACMA to track the true source of spam (headers are data which is hidden within every email message, they are quick and easy to extract, instructions can be found here).
For information about scams and spams see the ACMA's spam info for consumers, the Australian Government's ScamWatch site, the Australian Securities and Investment Commission's financial tips and safety checks and the US Securities & Exchange Commission's Tips for Avoiding Stock Scams and Internet Fraud: How to Avoid Internet Investment Scams
